Fairtrade Fortnight!

Fairtrade Task – Bring in any Fairtrade packaging/labels you have at home by THIS Friday, 8th of March. We will be counting our packaging, and creating a display on Friday.

Fairtrade Fortnight – Monday 25th February to Sunday 10th March – are two weeks in which we can put an emphasis on Fairtrade within the classroom and the school, with a hope to it being part of our daily routine.

Today we learnt about Fairtrade Fortnight through three different ways.

1. Watching the French video: Mange te banane – this told us about the story of Javier

3. Fact finding activity – using 3 websites, we worked as a group to find out information about bananas, cocoa and mangoes. The websites links are below:
