Work Work Work

This week in the Oak class we have been focusing on our topic work.  We have created a seasonal tree for our wall display.  We were successful learners when we were working on google maps, distance and directional awareness.  Everyone responded positively to the activities set and actively engaged.

We learnt that Mr Burt has the longest drive to work and Blake has the shortest drive to work.

Dingle Dangle Scarecrow!

* SUCCESSFUL LEARNERS *

The Planets class enjoyed reading a Harvest related story by Julia Donaldson. It was called “The Scarecrow’s Wedding”. We listened well and could answer questions related to the story, plot and characters.

Afterwards, we chose to create our own scarecrow using a range of shapes. We hope that you like them!
