P7 – New Lanark
Primary 7 went to New Lanark to learn more about the Victorians as part of our topic work. Look at some of the fun we had!
P7 STEM – Renewable Energy
Primary 7 attended the STEM centre at Dumfries House to learn about renewable energy. The pupils were able to create their own turbines to create energy! Look at the fun we had.
P7 – Spectacular Spectrum Science
Primary 7 have been learning about the properties of light. We have been learning about Issac Newton’s discovery on the colour of light. We used prisms and torches to refract light so we could observe that light is made up of the different colours of the rainbow.
P7 – Sportshall Athletics Championships
Primary 7 have been learning about different athletic events in PE. Some of our P7 pupils attended the Ayrshire arena to take part in the Sportshall athletics. We managed to place 2nd place against some of the other schools.
