On Monday in SLC 1 some of our class stayed at school and had a great time having a Popcorn Party. We watched lots of short films and The Grinch. We had popcorn, crisps, pizza and a pick ‘n’ mix.

SLC3 explore Electricity at Christmas
On Wednesday 11th December SLC3 visited Dumfries House to explore electricity. We used a battery, switch and wires to make different circuits. We were then able to use this knowledge to create a Christmas decoration that lights up! On the computer we used a coding program to make our bulb light up. Some of us could make it change colour. At lunchtime we went outside to play.
SLC1 Snow Factor
We all had great fun at Snow Factor. SLC 1 started off the day with a little train ride with some festive music. We had a lovely lunch then listened to a story and sang songs with Santa. We all got to meet Santa and got a lovely gift. Then it was time for sledging. We had such a lovely day. Thanks again to all of our helpers.
SLC visit Santa
On Thursday 12th December SLC had lunch with Santa at Intu Braehead. We had a buffet style lunch and Santa read us a story then sang us some songs. We went for a ride in the North Pole train and had great fun sledging down the snow slopes. A great day was had by all!
SLC3 Variety Club Christmas Party 2019
On Monday 2nd December our Supported Learning Centre was invited to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow for their annual Christmas party. This year we had a buffet style lunch in class before heading up on the bus. We had great fun!
