In SLC 1 we have been focusing on writing a list in literacy. We watched a video clip of Miss Stobbs making soup and identified the ingredients we needed. We wrote our list and Mrs Shankland got all the ingredients we needed. We had lots of fun making soup together.
SLC 1 had a super time at the Variety Club Party in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow on Monday 11th December. We started off our afternoon with a visit to McDonalds in Kilmarnock where we had lunch before the party. We all had a great time and even met Santa!!!
Yesterday the Supported Learning Centre attended the annual Variety Club Christmas party at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Glasgow. It was a fun afternoon filled with singing and dancing. The day was made extra special with a visit to McDonalds.
Last Thursday the Supported Learning Centre visited Santa’s Cove in Braehead. It was a great experience and both the children and adults thoroughly enjoyed it! I’m glad to say all the children made it on the nice list and were very excited to receive an early Christmas gift.
