Primary 3 had a fantastic time participating in Tough Mudder 4. We got wet, we got stinky and we got muddy but…. it was worth it! Here are some action shots of us during it.
That time of year is upon us again and the Barshare Bolterz have been busy preparing for Tough Mudder 4. This will take place on Monday 25th June 2018 and this year, parents are invited to join in. Check the time table below to see what time your child’s class will be taking part in the event and feel free to come along and join in. You WILL get very wet and muddy so make sure to wear old clothes and bring a towel and a change of clothes if you want as there will be limited changing facilities within the school.
The times are as follows:

P2 (including P2s from P1/2): 11.00 – 11.15

All the children will have a chance to go around the course on their own first and then parents can join in for the second run.
If you are coming along, please watch the video on the link below to see what obstacles we will have and how they can be used safely. Please also make sure that your child comes to school with old clothes to change into and a towel to dry themselves.

Some of our P7 pupils and a representative for Rights Respecting Schools and Dyslexia Friendly Schools had a super day out in Silverburn choosing new school mascots. We visited Build a Bear and fell in love with a bear that we named Barry and rainbow tiger called Rae. After creating our mascots we visited Franky and Benny’s for lunch – it was terrific!
