In science we created a bath bomb. We had to read and follow the instructions.  Our teacher helped us.  We discussed our predictions then tested them.

 

We created sentences using foam letters. This was the class favourite.  It is good because it is easy to fix when you make a mistake.

 

We have key words that we practice in spelling. Today we made them using magnetic letters.  We worked in partners so that we could check each other and help each other.

 

To help us to learn to read, we had to read the phrase then match it to the picture.

 

We know that learning to recognise rhyming words is very important to help us to read and write. We used matching cards to find rhyming words.
