In March we were excited to see that a family of House Sparrows had begun making a nest in our Camera Birdbox which is on the wall of the school.

Last week we could see that some eggs had hatched and there are three young sparrows. Here’s a photograph of one of the birds feeding their hungry mouths.

Hopefully we will be able to watch the young birds growing and getting ready to fly before the summer holidays.
