Today at our Teams assembly we had a shout out to lots of our children who have been busy with their learning at home. We also spoke about mindfulness and looked at different techniques to help us feel calm and relaxed. I have attached a copy of the PPT below that was used (although I am still trying to figure out how to record my voice on each slide as it didn’t work last time) and the link to some of the mindfulness techniques.

Hi Nursery, P1 and 2. Please find attached the PPT slides from the assembly we did on Teams for P3-7 this morning. I have recorded my voice on to each of the slides in the bottom right corner. Before our next assembly on Fri 1st May we have set a Connect 4 Kindness challenge for everyone in our school. You have to complete 4 acts of kindness either down, along or vertically to get 4 in a row. We would love to hear about what you have been doing via our school email address so we can include in our PPT next week.
