Today we had a fun filled session with Jonathan from Livingston Athletics Club. We tried out our skills in running and long jumping, and had a great time competing against each other.

Fun with Fractions
Fraction Pizza
Primary 7/6 started a job with Pizza Hut today and had to create pizzas to match their customers orders. The customers had to fill out an order form with exactly what they wanted for each fraction of the pizza. We had some vegetarian pizzas, and even stuffed crust. Will we have satisfied customers?
Nursery Forest Adventures
Thank you to all our amazing parent helpers for coming along on our walk on Monday – we all had ball splashing in puddles and playing hide and seek in the trees. We gathered lots of natural Autumn materials and have been enjoying experimenting with them back in nursery.
Low Port Update
Well what a busy day that was!
We waved off our friends from group 1 whilst eating our lunch then went straight to orienteering! Everyone got to know the area of The Peel very well which will be great for tomorrow when we walk round the loch and down the canal. The nagvigation wasn’t easy but we all gave it a good go! Freya and Anais were the fastest over 2 courses and we were feeling very proud of them! 🌟
Back at the ranch we unpacked and headed down to the kitchen for lentil soup and a delicious steak pie dinner. Â Everyone ate very very well! After that we headed down onto The Peel to play. A group of us played football whilst others guddled in the burn, played on the swings and did an array of gymnastics moves!
After exhausting ourselves we headed back to the centre for supper – you’ll not be surprised to know that the Nutella was the most popular choice!  We then headed off to bed and most of us cosied down and we’re fast fast asleep for 10pm.
Tomorrow half of us will be sailing whilst the other half will be off to trail the forest and streams at Beecraigs! Fun fun fun!
Thanks for the memories P7!

Getting down with Nature!

Mr Graham, Lewis, Cameron, Harris,Adam and Liam take on the climbing wall!
We think Mr Graham secretly has Spider-Man senses! Well done everyone who faced their fears on the climbing and abseiling walls! Tremendous efforts from all!

Safety first!
Safety talks around equipment!

Canoeing and Kayaking was excellent!
Some of us even jumped right in afterwards! Freeeeezing but so much fun!!
Night time fun at camp!
Whilst the girls love their fairy lights, the boys have been loving their torches! Our pods are awesome!
