Bluebell & Bramble Request

Bluebell and Bramble Clans have a castle in their learning space as part of their Scotland interdisciplinary theme for learning.

We would like to ask families if they could donate any of the following for our castle learning area:

  • 2 chairs to use as thrones
  • Any spare material for making the thrones/table cover
  • Any suitable dressing up costumes e.g Knights, princesses etc
  • Anything that can be used to make a banquet table e.g plastic cups, plastic fruit etc

If you have any of these items that you could donate to the school, please send them in with your child or drop off at the office.

Thanks in advance for you help!

Request from Mull Clan

Dear Parents/Carers,
In Mull clan the children have expressed interest and enjoyment in putting on shows and performing. I now have a stage set up in the play area where they can practice and perform for each other. We are planning to talk and learn about the use of lights, music, staging and costumes for a wide range of performances.
We are looking for any costumes/props to be donated for the children to use as part of their play. If you have any of the following items that are looking for a new home, we would be more than happy to take them off your hands!:
-hats
-scarves
-glasses
-jackets
-skirts
-Unwanted Halloween costumes (nothing too scary)
-props i.e. magic wands, broomsticks etc
-loose materials i.e. velvet, netting gauze, blankets etc
If there is anything you would like to donate, please hand it in to the school office or your child can bring it into class in the morning.
Kind Regards,
Mrs McGarvey
