We have been making lots of different Christmas crafts with Mrs Cochrane. Louise, Sam and Kayla are making nativity cushions. Louisa said the sewing was hard but she took her time and was able to sew a lovely cushion together. Well done! We would like to say a big thank you to Mrs Cochrane and Isobel our parent helpers for all their hard work this year.

P6/5 Victorian Christmas afternoon tea.
Today we sat down and had a great Victorian Christmas afternoon tea. We invited Mrs Gibson and Mrs Berginis to join us.
We had a variety of different treats to eat. We had German biscuits, shortbread, cheese savoury crisps, chocolate and orange truffles and Christmas cake. Â We also had a beautiful cup of English tea.
“My favourite part of the afternoon tea was the shortbread” – Harris
” I tried cheese savoury crisps and I LOVED them” – James
” I loved it. You wouldn’t want to miss it” – Jenna
” I tried German star biscuits and I liked it” – Noah
We enjoyed it so much that we are going to have an afternoon tea again.
A Busy Time in the Nursery
It has been a very busy term. We have had our fireman visit, new blocks for the nursery delivered, Christmas Nativity practice, Christmas Fayre crafts and then snow arrived in our nursery. Children have been making their own play dough (peppermint, gingerbread and sparkly) and helping to make their own snack.
Dates for next week: Tuesday- Nativities   Wednesday- Christmas movie day with treats  Thursday- Christmas parties

P1 & P2 Nativity The Sleepy Shepherd
We all enjoyed performing the nativity yesterday we hope you did too! We are performing again tonight with a few changes to the character roles. Luca did a grand job stepping in for MacKenzie and Adam will be standing in for Luca tonight.
Wishing all the girls and boys who are unwell and not able to take part in tonight’s performance a big ‘get well soon, we miss you’.
Thank you to everyone involved in making our nativity a success – we couldn’t have done it without you.
