Mrs Lawrie will be hosting another coffee and chat tomorrow morning from 9am – 9.45am in the Discovery Base. These are very informal and a chance for parents to pop in for a tea or coffee and have a chat. Hope to see you there.

Thursday 18th April
It’s been a cracking day here at Braehead Primary. Here are our winners from our eggshibition. It was a very difficult task to choose winners. Well done to everyone who entered an egg. Happy Easter to all our families from everyone at Braehead Primary.
Please find attached the new menu which will begin on the 15th April. Paper copies will be sent home with children as soon as possible. Could you please ensure that your child chooses a school dinner which they will eat and that follows all dietary requirements.
We are having a competition as part of waste week to create a useful item out of materials that would normally be thrown away or recycled, for example a milk bottle bird feeder or plastic bottle piggy bank. All pupils are encouraged to take part by creating something at home with entries to be submitted by Wednesday 27th March. There will be a prize for the best P1-3 and P4-7 entries which will be announced on the 29th March.
Good luck everyone and remember, reduce, reuse, recycle!
Please remember that tomorrow is Red Nose Day (Friday 15th March 2019) and children are encouraged to wear their PJs to school for a £1 donation. There will be extra Red Nose themed activities taking place for a small donation of your choice. We are very close to reaching our target of £50 to gag Mr French and his ‘wonderful’ jokes!
