Points from previous meeting:

To finish posters that will be displayed round the school. These posters will encourage the pupils in the school to be kind in school and in the playground.

Ideas for the p7 funday, prizes, games etc.

Main discussion points from today:

Ideas for giving house points for acts of kindness( monthly kindness challenges, etc.)
Brainstorming ideas for weekly secret house point missions (weekly kindness challenge).
Some ideas include random acts of kindness, helping others, not shouting out and cleaning up after yourself.

Action Points:

Wrote down ideas for weekly challenges in groups.
Challenges will change each week. Teachers and House System group will know the secret challenges.
If we see people completing the challenge, we tell their teacher they have been awarded house points.

Pupil Group Meeting 1

Main discussion points from today:

· Introduce our group members (House Captains will be elected next week).

· Introduce UNCRC Focus Article.

· RRSA Pupil Group volunteers.

· Discuss our current House System – monthly prize for the winning House, points awarded at Together Time and points counted at the end of each month.

· What works well in our current House System? Are there any changes to be made?

Action Points:

· RRSA volunteers – Finlay, Carly, Lily Rose, Isla, Darcey, Leah

· Darcey – House Captains to continue giving House Points by visiting classrooms and giving out sticky notes to those who are listening well.

· Movie Afternoon – choice of films.

· Pyjama Day, Arts & Crafts, Dress Down Day, Science Afternoon.

· For our next meeting, we will ask our peers which monthly prizes they would like at the end of each month.
