Today we used the counting stick to sequence the numbers to 40. We also ordered the numbers to 50 and found numbers before, after and between one another. We had to guess which number Mrs Lang was thinking of by listening to the clue which told you how many tens and units the number had. Why not play that at home?

Today we wanted to find out how we get rain. We did an experiment to see how water evaporates and becomes water vapour. We learned that this is what happens to the water in the sea or on the land and the water vapour then becomes clouds. When the drops get too big they fall back to earth as rain and the whole thing starts again!

Today for our health and well being lesson we were learning about germs and how we must wash our hands before making or eating food. We practised washing our hands correctly and then we made ourselves a yummy sandwich. It was delicious! See if you can teach someone else how to wash their hands properly and be a germ buster too.
