We were splitting numbers up today by counting a ten and then seeing how many more there were. We found out that 12 = 10 and 2. Can you use objects in the house to split? Try using pasta shapes, pennies or small items and put them into a ten to see how many more there are. You don’t need to go any further than 20.

We were learning some social skills in the Leaning Zone. We have been working on playing using ‘quiet voices’ and good ‘tidy up’ skills.

Remember tomorrow (Friday 28th September) is our coffee morning to raise money for charity. We would love to see you there where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a cake, as well as being entertained by the children singing. Primary 2 and 2/3 will be singing at 9.30.
