HAPPY HALLOWE’EN
We had a really fun day to celebrate Halloween today. We went on a Halloween hunt, made scary ghosts, pretended to be skeletons and monsters, made Halloween biscuits and enjoyed a Halloween movie and story.
We enjoyed some Halloween yoga today in the gym hall.
We finished our Halloween pumpkins today. Don’t they look great!
We read the Hallowe’en story of Meg and Mog and used chalk to make her cauldron.
We also pretended to be Halloween creatures outdoors as well.
This Friday we will be having some fun Hallowe’en activities in the class. The children can come to school dressed up if they want but remember they will be doing some fun things so keep the costumes simple and easy to move around in.
Thursdays will be our yoga day and Fridays will be outdoor gym day, weather permitting.
Today we painted Halloween pumpkins.
We were keeping fit and healthy today by doing our daily mile and also doing yoga in the hall.
Today we got to enjoy our ‘Cool Class Cup’ treat for being the best class at the last assembly. We enjoyed popcorn and juice while watching a great movie.
Well done Primary 2 for winning the Cool Class Cup this week!
Here is the proud winner of this week’s Star Pupil which was announced at our virtual assembly this week. Well done and keep working hard!
What a great job we have made of our fire engines using straws. We had to cut them to the right size and glue them in the right position to make our pictures.
