Your child will bring home a new homework jotter today. Inside the front cover is a new homework grid for the whole of this term. Choose a few activities to do regularly each night and use the jotter to write any answers down. Give your work a date and title and return your jotter EVERY MONDAY to be marked.

Here are the sounds, spelling, common words and handwriting we are working on this week.

Sound – ‘igh’ (night, fright, high etc).

Spelling – are, my, her.

Common Words – grow, hand, head, home, how, jump.

Handwriting – L l, I i, J j
