This morning we started to learn the days of the week in French. Soon we will be able to say the date in French.

We are revising our phoneme families and practising our sight words.

This afternoon we took the weather station and thermometers outside to take some readings and compared the information with the BBC weather forecast for Cumbernauld. Our temperature readings were a bit high because the thermometers were in the sunshine for a while!

We also finished our cold weather art, by putting felt scarves, gloves and hats onto our people. We then stuck them onto the cold weather background. They look really effective, don’t they?
