Circuit Stamina Training

This morning we continued our Circuit Training for PE. ย Now that we know what to do at each, circuit we timed ourselves and recorded our performance. At the end of our lesson we discussed the importance of a cool down and stretching our muscles to ensure we look after ourselves. ย We were all really sweaty afterwards but some people didnโ€™t bring their PE kits. ย Please ensure you have you PE kit tomorrow for our next circuit training.
