We begin a new topic this week and the children will be extending and enhancing their technology design skills through this topic ‘Dinosaurs’. The children are up for the challenge of solving design problems and constructing models.
In literacy P5c have been reading and discussing chapters in their stories and getting experience in finding the main points. They talked about the really important parts and then recorded them in their jotters.
The children have been learning to record data and interpret data in maths. They had the challenge of working with a partner to group given football data about the times the goals were scored in football matches on one Saturday. The children recorded the frequency for each group of times and then discussed the results.
