Good morning I hope you’re all well this morning. Let’s get started with another favourite story called Hugless Douglas
https://glowscotland-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/g/personal/gw09gormanclaire2_glow_sch_uk/EWlNkmgLEMVCvpZASZ_vVX8B2yE9Z3otEowxM6qJ8cCs7A?e=lx7adR

Poor Douglas just wanted to be helpful and give everyone a hug. As there are many people we can’t see right now to give big hugs to maybe we could send a hug in a card to someone in our family who we miss.
You will need paper and pens
You can choose a design for the front, maybe draw a rainbow or a picture of yourself. Ask the adult to help you with the writing inside, could you copy some writing? Can you have a try at writing your own name?

Here is the link to some more fantastic Cosmic Yoga, this time were going to hunt for bears

Our rhyme today is a Scottish rhyme about a poor teddy who’s bumped his head; Ma Teddy’s Bumped His Heid
Ma teddy’s bumped his heid,

my teddy’s heid is sair.

A’ll put a clootie roon it an show him that a care.
Ma teddy’s heid is better.

A’ll row the clootie up An we’ll drink pretend het chocolate frae teddy’s favourite cup

Let’s make some yummy hot chocolate for you and your teddy to enjoy.
You will need an adult to help you to do this.

You will need
300ml of whole milk
40g of dark chocolate, the best quality you can find
2 tsp boiling water
Marshmallows

Ask your adult to warm a cup first by swirling it with boiling water (it helps the chocolate to melt)
Chop the chocolate finely and put in a cup (or jug if you’re making several cups-worth). Add the salt and then the 2 tsp boiling water and stir to melt

Heat the milk to just below boiling and pour in slowly, stirring the whole time
Top with some yummy marshmallows and enjoy 

Our song today is The Bear Went over the Mountain

Here is an animated song called the bear came over the mountain
