Braidhurst Library

Lost Books

If a pupil loses their library book it is school policy that the item be replaced as soon as possible.  When replacing their lost book pupils can follow any of the below options:

  1.  Donate a book from home which is in good condition. This can be any book.
  2.  Buy a copy of the exact book that is lost and give it to the library.
  3. Pay £4 to the school fund so that Mrs Scott can purchase a new copy of the lost book.

Until one of the above is carried out the pupil is not allowed to borrow a book from the school library which puts them at a great disadvantage as they will be unable to take part in the ‘Reading Championship’ or continue with their personal reading.
