Sports Relief – 18th March 2016

We all helped raise £192.70 for Sports Relief. Different sporting activites were set up around the school.  We moved from room to room every 15 minutes. Sports Relief – Friday 18th March 2016

ABC music session

Today we had a visit from Jed from ABC music. The children took part in music and movement which included “I’m a train, I’m a plane” and “Let’s dance, let’s freeze.” The preschool children then took part in a lesson using the instrument bags.  “Slow Jo” introduced the instrument names and the children then got shown how to use them.

Owlery Burns Supper

On Wednesday 27th January Primary One joined the nursery class for a Scottish Celebration. We took part in Highland dancing. We held the ‘Auchinloch Highland Games’. We sang traditional Scottish songs. Mr Craig piped in our Haggis and the children sat down to plate of haggis, neeps and tatties. The children had a great time.
