We celebrated a special birthday at Assembly on Friday. It was none other than Kizzy, the school mascot bear, who turned 7 on Sunday. Mrs Chisholm had excelled herself and created a wonderful display for Kizzy, including balloons and not one, but TWO fabulous cakes.

We participated in some fun activities based on all kinds of bears, both real and cartoon. Pupils, who also have February birthday, then helped Kizzy to cut his cake. We rounded off the celebration with a treasure hunt in classes with birthday cake and juice as a treat.
