The Braidhurst Parents’ Group are hosting a fashion sale in the school on Thursday 8th November at 6.30pm for a prompt 7pm start. Tickets cost £5 and include tea/coffee and entry into two prize draws for a £25 voucher to be spent on the night. Tickets can be purchased from Miss Watson on 01698 274999 or at the door on the night. The fashion sale offers huge discounts, up to 75%, off various high street stores, such as River Island, Oasis, Marks & Spencer, and Topshop, amongst many others. The event will also offer a raffle and all proceeds are being raised to allow the school to fund projects and trips that enhance pupil experience.
The annual general meeting of the Braidhurst High Parents Teachers and Friends Association took place recently when the Rector, Mr Hannan, delivered the annual report. Decisions were taken to donate money to various projects and election of office bearers took place. Key appointments included vice-president Mrs Judith Heard and secretary Mrs Lesley McCall. Mr Hannan took the opportunity to thank all members who so generously gave of their time throughout the past session.
The annual general meeting of the Braidhurst High Parent Teachers and Friends Association will take place on Thursday 1st May at 7 pm in the staffroom. All parents are invited to attend.
This years PTFA Race Night will take place on Friday the 4th of October 2013.
The event will be held in the Davie Cooper suite at Motherwell Football club.
1st race starts at 7:30pm with all proceeds going to the PTFA.

Parent Teachers & Friends Association members will meet for the first time this session on Thursday 29 August at 7 pm in the staffroom. The main item of discussion will be the forthcoming fund raising Race Night. Following this meeting members of the Parent Council will meet the Rector to discuss a range of school related business.
The Braidhurst High Parents, Teachers and Friends Association recently held a very successful Race Night in the Davie Cooper Suite at Fir Park. The event raised £1550 for the funds. The PTFA would like to thank all firms who supported the event.
