Parents/ carers are not permitted to use GLOW or to login into GLOW using their child’s account. Schools are therefore not allowed to issue children’s GLOW accounts directly to parents.

Any pupil who has forgotten their GLOW username or needs their password reset should speak to any teacher, in person, while in school.
