Josh Moore, a fourth year pupil at Braidhurst recently represented North Lanarkshire at football in the Children’s Games held in Canada. The team won the entire tournament with Josh receiving a gold medal as part of the winning team. Also on the trip was Paul Burns, Head of Children’s section with Motherwell FC who was the team coach during the tournament. Paul is also the football coach based in the school with responsibility for the Scottish FA school of football groups. Josh, who plays with hearts of Midlothian and is a member of the school of football, had a fantastic time on the trip of a lifetime.
