As soon as children are born, they have rights and these are enshrined in the UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION on the RIGHTS of the CHILD.  Within the Convention, there’s 42 articles which describe children’s rights.

At Newark Nursery we are proud to have our Gold Award. Our practice is embedded in the rights of the child, we have our rights charter and continually support our children to access their rights.
