End of Term Leavers’ Service – 10am, TOMORROW at the CCC
Today all of the Netball Team’s hard work culminated in a tournament between the P7 pupils against staff from Lochardil. The staff made a massive effort in terms of their outfits. Superman saved the day, and with a bit of cheating, the staff JUST pipped the pupils to the post.
Mrs Prentice, our referree, discounted the points of the staff due to what she called ‘excessive cheating’, therefore declaring the pupils the winners . . .
We’ll see you in the morning for another busy day!
Mr.Cook, Mrs.MacLeod and Mrs.Prentice
REMINDER: NO swimming tomorrow – we have Scottish Opera in the afternoon
Lochardil Primary School is supporting the Highland Foodbank. We have been asked to support the Highland Foodbank by donating tins of potatoes and biscuits. We’ve got until next Friday, 17th May, to make a donation. Let’s see if P6/7 can really make a difference.
Well done to the Netball team – you all performed excellently at the tournament yesterday. It was great to see you in with your medals today.
Loch Insh rooms – find images of the room plans below. Please note that some of the rooms will have different furniture (e.g. bunkbeds) which may not be on the floorplan.
Keep rehearsing those Scottish Opera words – Roger is here tomorrow!

With Mr.Cook in French we completed our French calendars which are now fantastic! Our job is now to change these EVERY DAY. We ended the day singing a French animals song which was a bit of a tongue-twister.
In Art with Mrs.Prentice we finished off our weaving pictures, which are now looking rather psychadelic. We then made some WONDERFUL ‘Sun Captures’ inspried by the fantastic Andy Warhol.
To top the day off, some of us went to Netball club with Mrs P and Mrs MacLeod (Finlay’s Mum) after school!
Have a wonderful weekend,
Mr.Cook, Mrs.MacLeod and Mrs.Prentice
