Firstly, well done to the Rotary Team last night in the Inverness Rotary Quiz. We were delighted to come joint-second, along with Cradlehall Primary School. We’d like to congratulate Crown Primary School, and every other school which took part.
Today for Red Nose Day it was great to see the sea of red to support the charity. The school raised a massive ยฃ267 for the charity – Well Done. Thank you to Anna N who baked and sold cakes at break time – raising ยฃ34.70 for comic relief. Well done to Kirsty and Betsy for their sponsored silence – bet you’re glad you can talk now girls!
The finalists for the dinosaur competition in P6/7 were Nadya, Jenna and Amy.b – excellent work girls!
Hope you have a great weekend – and we’ll see you on Monday!

See you all on Monday.
Hello! Happy ST.Patrick’s Day!!!
Today I went out to a farm. I saw sheep being taken in as they were pregnant and were expected to give birth LATER ON!!! But then one of them broke her waters and was meant to give birth to triplets but only had twins. She started but nothing came so she had to be caught and helped with the birth sssoooo… The first was fine BUT the second lamb was breathing not as powerfully so the farmer started swinging the lamb around(it’s not cruel it helps to get the heart going) but nothing happened EXCEPT it finally stopped breathing he kept trying and rubbing and swinging but still nothing happened… At the end of the shed were some young triplets that had not been marked so he ran down took one and came back but the lamb in the blood so the mum would know it was her’s and she accepted it happily and all is fine!
We r all looking well REEM !!!!! x ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ xxxxx
Well done Rotary Team. It can be so hard to answer questions under pressure.
A sponsored silence would be a real challenge for some pupils I know! It is so encouraging to hear about all the enterprising efforts made in support of a good cause.
I will look forward to seeing the dinosaur art exhibition at reception.
It was really fun today and I am looking forward to my cake sale on Saturday
