Check out our new art gallery inspired by our project: The Scottish Enlightenment

Our architectural drawings are a tribute to the wonderful work of Robert Adam, an architect during the Enlightenment period. Adam’s designs can be seen in buildings in Glasgow and Edinburgh; however Adamesque buildings can be found all over the country, created by those inspired by his work.

Alexander Nasmyth was a portratit and landscape artist who created the only portrait done of Robbie Burns, a good friend of his. Because of his political views, he was shunned, and the wealthy did not want him doing their portraits. He then became famous for his landscape work, which we have replicated.

See you tomorrow,
Mr.Cook, Mrs.MacLeod and Mrs.Prentice
