Fife pupils mark Queen’s Diamond Jubilee
PRIMARY 7 pupils from across Dunfermline welcomed Margaret Dean, Lord Lieutenant of Fife, to St Margaret’s Primary School to launch a website that pupils across Fife will be able to contribute to, to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

Glow e-portfolio solution – success in Fife
On Friday 23 March representatives from Glenrothes High School presented at an Education Scotland conference on Learner Voice at the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh. Three S1 pupils, accompanied by Mr Hunter, Depute Headteacher, were asked to highlight the good practice within the school in relation to the development of e-portfolios.

This Glow Meet, in conjunction with Skills Development Scotland, is appropriate for all practitioners in secondary schools, colleges and community-based settings.
Skills Development Scotland provides labour market intelligence for its staff so that career information, advice and guidance (CIAG) is informed by what we know about the labour market. This is a key principle of Career Information, Advice and Guidance in Scotland – A Framework for Service Redesign and Improvement the Scottish Government’s CIAG strategy.
