Where:   Tollcross International Swimming Centre
Time:      9.30 – 3.30pm

During the day, there will be opportunities to experience practical demonstrations in preparing and tasting foods, looking at how food traditions and food intolerances shape our society.

There will be an opportunity to network with food related agencies and explore resources to enhance classroom practice.

Delegates can also explore locality, availability and sustainability of foods to support interdisciplinary projects, such as the Commonwealth Legacy.
