English Intermediate 2 Prelim Paper 2 Critical Essay
As preparation for the English Intermediate 2 Prelim Paper 2 Critical Essay, pupils in S4 Intermediate 2 English classes have been invited to a Supported Study session after school on Monday 18th November or Monday 25th November.
SQA SPEAKING EXAM for Intermediate 1/2 French/Spanish
Miss Hastie has produced the arrangements for the speaking examination in Intermediate 1/2 French and Spanish along with advice for pupils on how to prepare for the examination.
Have you ever thought of trying curling? It’s a great sport, good fun and we Scots are amongst the best in the world! If you fancy giving it a try, there are free taster sessions at Braehead during November. If interested, please see Mrs Dempster, Lab A5.
Those who would like to enter the Young Football Journalist competition must hand in the slip to Mr Murphy by Thursday 31st October. If you are unsure of what the competition is about then please speak to Mr Murphy.

Thursday 31st October – Must hand slip into Mr Murphy to enter competition
Friday 6th December – Max. 500 word report submitted to Mr Murphy based on live game you have watched.

Auditions are taking place on Sunday 1 December at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland 100 Renfrew Street Glasgow. £5 Audition fee per person. Audition times are Under 14’s 12-3pm and adults 4-7pm
The show will take place in the New Athenaeum Theatre Monday 16 – Saturday 21 June 2014.
