Free Sibelius Workshop
As part of the Sound Festival Education Outreach programme, Kevin Leomo who is a Composer and former pupil of MCHS will be delivering a free workshop on Sibelius. Information and a sign up link can be found on all of the Music TEAMS pages.
Scottish Chamber Orchestra – Academy sessions
The Scottish Chamber Orchestra is offering a new series of SCO Academy sessions on Sunday afternoons in March 2021 for Brass, Wind, Strings (Grade 6) and Percussion (Grade 5).
Sessions are free and there are no auditions. If interested please apply at sco.org.uk/academy

For pupils who receive String, Guitar, and Percussion lessons, these will resume online through Google Meet from 11.1.20.
Brass and Woodwind SQA pupils will revert to online lessons from 11.1.20 through Google Meet. Timetables will be posted on the appropriate Google Classrooms so please check these in advance. Any problems then please send your teacher or Miss Borland a message.
