AND THE WINNER IS….

We are delighted to announce that the winner of the House Cup 19/20 is Wallace.

Having also won last session, the Wallace Flag will remain flying high outside the school for another year.

The competition is now on for the House Championship 20/21. Good luck to all houses!

Charity Donations
Every year we split the money raised from Charities week, and allow each House to vote for which charity they would like to give their donation to.

This year the charities chosen were:

Balmoral: Glasgow Disabled Scouts
Caledonia: Refuweegee
Gleneagles: Ross on The Road (On behalf of Achieve More Scotland)
Ramsay: Guide Dogs
Sutherland: Help for Heroes
Wallace: Cancer Research Scotland

All of these charities do outstanding work, and we are extremely pleased to be able to contribute to their cause.

Thank You

As part of the collection process at the recent school dances, pupils collected donations for residents and the ER Foodbank.

The foodbank donations weighed 111.4 kg – enough to feed 11 single people for three days or 5 large families for the same period –

On behalf of the ER Foodbank Management Team, Steering Group and Volunteers – thank you and best wishes for 2019.

Look Back in Laughter 2018 – Tuesday 20 November 2018

You are invited to join us for a night of amazing talent and fun on the evening of Tuesday 20 November at 7.30pm. The Look Back in Laughter show brings together all the best of Charities Week and allows you and your family to come along and enjoy it all with us. It also allows us to continue to raise money for charity and add to our total of over £7000 that has already been raised as a school community. As well as a variety of performances from pupils and staff, the interval will see a great selection of carnival games for you to take part in, as well as our superb raffle. There will also be food and drink available.

Tickets are £3 each and are on sale all this week at lunchtime in the open area. If you wish to purchase tickets please send the money in to school this week. Tickets will sell out quickly so get your money in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Looking forward to seeing you at the event.

Thank you in anticipation of your support.
