Well done Katherine
He had eaten some of their snacks and what a mess he had made.
Mrs McKinnon read them out the letter from Santa and then gave them a cane treasure hunt to complete around the school.
Elf joined them for snack and then Mrs McKinnon gave them a surprise for finding all the candy canes, they were to make decorate a ginger bread house.
Everyone had great fun with elf and excited that their class is now under “Elf Surveillance”.
Class Whalsay were delighted to receive Elf on the Shelf in their class yesterday.
He joined them at Music Therapy and then on their outing to the local pet shop. Alexander loved showing him the fish.
He even delivered some Christmas cards around the school.
Pupils will be having their school Christmas Lunch on Wednesday, 7th December.
Class Mull took delivery of our Elf on the shelf on Friday and had great fun entertaining him in class whilst they were under Santa Surveillance .
He took himself off on a tour of the school and he was found on the Christmas tree in the Mod.
He also had some sensory play but made a little bit of a mess and tried to get some tissues to clean up the mess!
The boys took him out on an outing and he visited the dentist with them, lots of positive praise all round.
The AAC @IMS Communication Club will take place on Thursday 8th December from 6:30 – 8:30pm.
We look forward to seeing you.

Good luck everyone.
At Isobel Mair School we took delivery of our very own elf who will put each class under elf surveillance and report back to Santa.
The elf will take part in class activities with the pupils and promote a little bit of magic into the school day.
So far the elf has joined a PE lesson, been for lunch, joined class Iona at the café and even went for a walk, watch this space for more elf stories and antics..
Each class will have a day with the elf and report back with his antics and we will update every day with photographs.
Have a look at some of the photographs below.
