Healthy snacks for teeth

All fresh fruit and vegetables
Cheese, crackers, breadsticks, plain popcorn, ready salted crisps

Plain milk
Plain water (these are the only two that don’t affect teeth)
All other juices including reduced sugar, fresh orange, fresh apple juice and fruit smoothies all affect teeth.
Try to use a straw with all juices.

Part of a healthy diet is keeping sugary foods and juices to meal times.
