The very cold weather when we returned after our winter break sparked our curiosity about ice as we played in the garden.

This led on to further experimentation… discovering how water turns to ice, investigating ways we can melt ice quicker, using ice in our artwork, rescuing items trapped in ice and even making our own ice lollies!
