Willowbank School, KilmarnockAs part of our “A Bug’s Life” theme we have been exploring the garden and noticing the different plants. We all were confident individuals during our outdoor learning time and were all able to actively participate in planting seeds. We had fun using a trowel to put soil into our pots and then adding the seeds. We then left them in our outdoor area. Some of the pupils have been watering them and we have been watching them grow over the last couple of week.
The Stars class were responsible citizens by planting cress seeds to grow to eat. We painted lovely Hallowe’en mugs to grow them in.
