The Parent Council at Nether Robertland Primary School represents all parents and carers of children who attend the school. We hold five meetings each school year, and our AGM takes place in August / September at the start of the new school year.

The main aim of the Parent Council is to actively support parental involvement in the educational work and life of the school. We also actively fundraise to support the school and provide our children with additional resources and opportunities.

We provide a platform for parents and carers to voice their perspectives on their children’s education and learning at our meetings. It provides a vital opportunity to share information and receive advice on matters that affect our children’s education and for parents’ and carers’ voices to be heard.

2024/2025 Office Bearers

Our annual AGM was held on 4th September 2024, and we are pleased to announce our office bearers for the 24/25 school session are:

Chair – Lisa Davidson

Vice-Chairs – Colin Murdoch & Kyla Richardson

Secretaries – Jennifer Butler & Ashley Newton

Treasurer – Lorna Templeton

We also have a committee that actively supports fundraising and promotes the Parent Council’s work. You are welcome to join this committee, or you can just come along to a Parent Council meeting if you prefer. We are keen to involve as many parents as possible in our work.

Our next meeting is on Tuesday 17th September, and the details will be shared via the school app.
