The Parent Council at Nether Robertland Primary School represents the Parent Forum. This Forum includes all parents and carers who have children that attend the school.
The main aim of the Parent Council is to actively support parental involvement in the educational work and life of the school. It provides opportunities for parents/carers to express their views on children’s education and learning. They also receive information and advice on matters that affect children’s education. This is to emphasise that parents opinions are valued in education matters that are of importance to all.
An annual AGM is held in August/September every year in which a chair and vice chair are appointed. There is a committee but anyone is welcome to join a meeting at anytime. These will be advertised on the school app and you would be made most welcome.
