Coffee Afternoon

On Friday the 14th of September, Brydekirk Primary got together where pupils and staff wore yellow and the school was opened up for a coffee afternoon. Parents and the wider community were invited to join us and donations were given where we raised over £100: all proceeds will be sent to Marie Curie.

The event recognised the recent passing of Mark Nicholson, one of our parents of former pupils Amy, Katie and Dan. Our deepest condolences go to them and Debbie and Ellie.

  1. Thank you so much for organising this event in memory of Mark. The Marie Curie Nurses were an absolute god send during the weeks Mark was very poorly and they supported us all as a family. Thank you Mr A for thinking of us all and for your kind gesture in making this happen and thank you to the rest of the school staff, the children and their families too, we really appreciate it 😊

  2. This is fantastic and such a lovely thought. An amazing amount raised for a brilliant charity. Thank you so much to all the staff and children at Brydekirk primary school!

  3. Thank you so much for every penny raised in memory of our dad, it was such a kind thought and thank you to everyone at brydekirk school who made it happen,
    Katie & Dan😇

    Best wishes,
Mr A and everyone at Brydekirk Primary
