If you are in an Academy School then you can update Glow with your new Year Groups and Class Sets by completing the Seemis Glow Data Feed.
Primary Schools can also do this once the new Academic Year has started.
This process is usually managed by your school office.

Seemis Glow Data Feed Guidance Notes
Last year we were lucky because the National Seemis team pulled through all the Year Groups and Class Sets to Glow.
This meant that it was easy to view usernames for all Year Groups and Class Sets.
It was possible to bulk reset passwords.
To make this possible you will need to action this in the Glow Data feed in Seemis.
