Mash Up Youth Festival
Kemnay Community Learning are currently promoting the Mash Up Youth Festival being held at Haddo on Saturday 29 September. There is a bus available to take young people to this event – you can phone the Community office on 01467 539853 to book and would also have to fill in a consent form. However it is open to all so young people and families can also make their own way there.

IPayImpact Payment Issue

Kemnay Academy PTA Quiz Night
The Kemnay Academy PTA Quiz night will be held on Friday 28th September at 7.30pm in Kintore Public Hall. This event is for over 18s only. It is £5 per ticket per person and it is a maximum of 6 people per team. Tickets are available from the Kemnay Academy School Office and the PTA Facebook page. Please note you are welcome to bring your own drinks! See you all there!
Senior pupil course changes 2018/19
On receiving SQA exam results pupils may find that they do not have the entry requirements for courses that they are currently taking. Alternatively, pupils may have performed better than anticipated and may need to amend their course based on this.
Guidance staff will be available from 1.30 pm on 20 August for initial discussion. On return, August 21 senior pupils will be able to discuss table table changes with PT Guidance/ Subject staff. All changes will be completed on the appropriate paperwork to record the revised arrangements and submitted for changes. Pupils will not be able to change courses until the deadline has been reached on 23/8. This is to allow fairness and transparency in allocations of subjects. Pupils will remain in the original subject until all changes are made. Changes and revised t/tables will be issued on 24/08. All changes should be made by this date.
National Qualification Results 2018
If you have any queries regarding National Qualifications 2018, please contact the school on 7th August from 0930. Course amendments for senior pupils will be undertaken on return to school. Guidance staff will be available on Monday 20 August from 1315.
School Car Parking Update
Parents/carers should please note that the school car park has new designated mini bus drop off zones. Due to the increase in pupil transport the area immediately on the right has been changed to a mini bus drop off/pick up. caution should be exercised in this area of the school car park.
