Employers liability insurance is included with your SPTC membership and you should ask for a certificate to be sent to you if you have an employee or a volunteer who has a regular commitment (e.g. to run a swimming or other club, or a Parent Council clerk). 

The Employers Liability certificate should be displayed in a public place and old copies should be kept in your Parent Council files.
