Music

In music we performed our little musicals to the class. We got to choose between four different scenes from different films, They were Harry Potter flying car meets train scene, Finding Nemo jellyfish bouncing, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs raining burgers and last Jurassic Park “welcome to jurassic park”.

Writing

In writing we did our assessment using a coordinates grid. Miss Sharp let our imaginations run wild and not give us a theme! Most of the stories were funny and very entertaining!!

Science

In science some of us started our sense experiment. Although we didn’t get to do taste because Miss Sharp has something exciting planed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ICT

In ICT Alistair taught us how to use Google Docs and Read and Write. Will we be learning lots more about this.

IDL

In IDL we were answering some of the questions we had a the beginning of the term, that have not been answered yet in class. We each presented one of the question answers to our class – all in very different and very creative ways!

What did we do in VCOP?

We made punctuation talk and imagined what their emotions would really be like in reality.

It was really fun. For example an exclamation mark would be exited or angry because you usually use it for that.

What was our topic in writing?

Our topic in writing was on various topics such as a panda sliding down a snowy slide!

Also a boy screaming because a nosey horse had been snooping in his car!

We did this to improve our caption writing skills, it really helped us to understand captions.

We had to say it like news.

Learning algebra an easier way!

In maths some of us learnt how to do algebra an easier way. Just by saying the number and what the item was! E.G 12c which would be 12 coffees. Most days we do metal maths on the board and we all try our best! On Fridays we do big maths and clic tests.

IDL

In IDL we have learnt about our 5 senses such as sight, listening, hearing, smell and touch. Some people believe there is another sense E.G if you were in a car and someone was looking at you people think that you instantly know! So far in S.H.A.R.E we have learnt the changes and girl talk. It has helped us understand what happens to your body and how to deal with it.
