We started our citizenship groups today. We met in Mrs Hannett’s class to discuss how we could create a reading culture in our school and wider community. We decided we could start a floor book to keep all of our ideas in one place and use it to take ownership of this area within our school. Today we signed our book to symbolise this as well as working together and being supportive of one another. We worked together to come up with all sorts of amazing ideas to develop this reading culture.
