This week has been another busy week for P3. In literacy we have been exploring the use of adjectives and how they can make our writing more interesting through describing animals from Madagascar. In addition we also looked at story writing, and the components which make a good story; the children enjoyed writing their stories about an animal from Madagascar coming to UK and Linlithgow!
P3 and P2/3 also had their first of six football lessons from an SFA coach as part of the Tesco Bank football challenge. On another sporty note, both classes are also looking forward to their benchball festival next Wednesday – wishing them all lots of luck!
On Wednesday our classroom turned into a junk yard when we finally got round to making our islands out of old junk from home; a huge thank you again for all your support in collecting these materials together. The children enjoyed working together to make their islands and are very excited to finish them off next week!
I can’t wait to see your junk islands P3!
